Our role is simple: we equip people to ignite change in their own lives by providing training, mentoring, and critical connections related to business, entrepreneurship, and personal and professional development.

Through this process, the people we serve develop businesses and acquire jobs that multiply income and spark real, lasting change in their families and communities. Businesses developed include family-owned micro-enterprises, cooperatively owned agribusinesses, and small-to-medium sized businesses that provided needed employment to the surrounding community.

Who We Serve:

Our clients range from high-level entrepreneurs to struggling youth facing transition into independence. We are passionate about working with rural farmers, at risk youth, refugee communities, charitable organizations and ministries, and the incredible people who live alongside the world’s most at-risk conservation zones.
